What’s been going on! 

Just a quick reminder and clarification newsletter.  We look forward to seeing you tomorrow afternoon, Tuesday, from 3:00 to 5:00 at the Pre-Thanksgiving market.  We have it on Tuesdays so folks can avoid the last minute madness that happens on Wednesday before Thanksgiving.  The weather looks beautiful although a bit breezy.

We will not be at market Saturday after the holiday so the next time we will see you it will be December!  If we don’t have a chance to speak tomorrow have a great, safe, and delicious Thanksgiving!

Plenty of beautiful Lettuce for Thanksgiving!

What’s going to be at the market?

Awesome Celery for all those Thanksgiving dishes!  In Lettuce this week we have Little Gem, Summer Crisp and Salad Mix. A small amount of Lacinato Kale and Collards. Spigariello, beautiful greens for cooking.  A small amount of Spinach.

Beautiful Fall Leeks.  Japanese Salad Turnips and Purple Top turnips. Lots of Red Radishes.  Wonderful fresh Baby Ginger and Turmeric!    Italian Parsley is back too.  A few bulbs of Fennel.  Near the last of the Red and Green Bell Peppers.

As a reminder if there is anything that you would like for us to hold for you at market just let us know by e-mail, by the evening before, and we will be glad to put it aside for you.  Just so you know, sometimes not everything listed will be at the Wednesday market.
